Thread: First time FF draft, how'd I do?

I drafted in the PP.O fantasy league tonight. Tinglehoff division, 6th pick of 10.

Since it is my first time doing this, I'm very curious as to how folks think I did. Personally, I think I am a little light at RB but not terrible.

QB: Favre, Rivers

RB: Mendenhall, J. Charles, C. Williams

WR: Wayne, Sims-Walker, Holmes

TE: Shiancoe, J. Carlson

K: Kaeding, Crosby

Def: Baltimore, New Orleans

Very solid. I don't love mendenhall that early, but I could be totally wrong. Suprised favre made it that far, good value in the fifth. I also really like Jamaal charles in the fouth.

I took him a little bit higher than indicated, mostly because of the QB situation in Pittsburgh. With Ben out four games and Leftwich hurt for probably about the same, they'll likely be running the ball a lot early in the season.

Charles should go wild in the divisional games for KC.

I'm not thrilled with your QBs but Flacco might explode for you. Your WRs are very good, I think, and the RBs decent, although I doubt Tomlinson will do all that much this year. All in all, should be pretty decent if you can package a couple of guys to improve your QB situation, IMO.
