That looks good to me if you take out Macallister. He screwed my whole team last year.

Deuce and Jamal killed me last year.
I would put Alexander ahead of Manning if he stays in Seattle.

Here's the top 20 from one FF site that I trust. As you can tell, they subscribe to the theory that the RB is the god of fantasy football.

    1 RB LaDainian Tomlinson, SD
    2 RB Shaun Alexander, SEA
    3 RB Edgerrin James, IND
    4 RB Willis McGahee, BUF
    5 RB Deuce McAllister, NO
    6 RB Priest Holmes, KC
    7 QB Peyton Manning, IND
    8 RB Clinton Portis, WAS
    9 RB Kevin Jones, DET
    10 RB Jamal Lewis, BAL
    11 RB Tiki Barber, NYG
    12 WR Randy Moss, OAK
    13 RB Corey Dillon, NE
    14 RB Ahman Green, GB
    15 WR Terrell Owens, PHI
    16 QB Daunte Culpepper, MIN
    17 RB Julius Jones, DAL
    18 RB Rudi Johnson, CIN
    19 WR Chad Johnson, CIN
    20 WR Marvin Harrison, IND

and they're right too ! I remember reading up on a tips page that said go for the RBs first and then look at WRs after - unless Moss or T.O were available. I did agonise over that and took Moss - the rest is history

    Re: FFL top 10

first pick should be best RB available unless Payton Manning is available.

second pick is definately the best QB available. that is usually how i do it.

i had manning last year and i won 6 straight because of it. i had mcnabb through a trade on the bench and only played him twice.

i had ahman green and rudi johnson and gates and joe horn. so my team generally did very well.

I usually look for a good QB that will get you a lot of rushing yards too. That's why my first pick this year was Mike Vick, I figured he'd have a decent year throwing the ball, but the rushing yards would give me a good boost! It would be killer to get Ladanian Tomlinson though. With as many rushing yards he gets, and then add on top of that all the balls he catches out of the backfield, he IS a FF god!
