    Yah, there are two teams in my division who had yet to submit a lineup.
    It kinda sucks when your team would tear them up anyway but because they didn't submit, you get no satisfaction for the victory.

    I didn't participate in the PP.O FFL, but the same issues you are facing . . . are generally FFL wide.

    The league I'm in views it akin to an NFL team not being properly prepared or looking ahead to the next game.
    A freebee win.
    Some NFL teams are on their game one week and horrible the next.


    FFL Managers can have the "real world" interfere with the "pretend world" from time to time, thus things don't get updated.
    Not everyone has a computer with internet access at work.
