The Extrememly Early Top 10 RB list

Drafts are only a little less then 9 months away, so here's my top 10 RBs for 2008
    1. for the 3rd straight year, LT
    2. Addai
    3. AP
    4. Westbrook
    5. Barber
    6. Michael Turner (I don't care which team overspends for him this offseason, he's a beast and will be a fantasy stud next year)
    7. Jones-Drew
    8. Steven Jackson
    9. Clinton Portis
    10. Ryan Grant
10 B- Depending where he goes Run DMC

Fantasy draft, that's why it's in the fantasy football draft
    And although
the real NFL draft is under 4 months, it's still too damn far away for me

Re: The Extrememly Early Top 10 RB list

Well ya can never start to early when it comes to football
    ;D

Anyways I have to disagree with some of these guys. Some of them haven't been that special enough to warrent a top ten ranking yet. And you seemed to forget about some of these guys.

Ronnie Brown....he was a stud before getting hurt
Willie Parker.....I would put him at least at #4 or 5
    Frank Gore
Steven Jackson and Clinton Portis should be moved a touch higher IMO
Where is Larry Johnson on this list?
McGahee is IMO on of the better backs in the league.

Marshawn Lynch should only get better next season.
    You can't forget about Maroney.

Selvin Young could have a big year next year as well.

    Just my opinion though

    Thanks Josdin00 for the sig!

I agree, but who knows how he'll come back
Willie Parker.....I would put him at least at #4 or 5 I just don't like slick willy so i always ignore him for some reason
Frank Gore San Fran is horrid, and now with Martz as the OC things will only get worse for Gore
Steven Jackson and Clinton Portis should be moved a touch higher IMO Jackson, probably
Portis, isn't he getting up there in RB age?

Where is Larry Johnson on this list? He got his money and ran
McGahee is IMO on of the better backs in the league.

You can't forget about Maroney. When all the Pats do is pass, and since he killed me in a few of my leagues last year, yes i can
    ;D

some other names that i would put ahead of McFadden and not mentioned at all:

Brandon Jacobs (I am assuming he stays healthy - I know big assumption)
Ernest Graham (I don't think Caddy will have much of a role) - finished the year strong
Justin Fargas (injury concerns but was a stud while playing on a crappy Raider team)

Larry Johnson is done (see Alexander's drop off)

    Note:
this is based on today and speculation what will happen

What league are you in where Westbrook is less valuable than Purple Jesus?
Do RBs not get any points for receptions?

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

Good thoughts, what would your top ten look like. Which 4 from his list are you gonna drop? And who is gonna move down?

Yardage heavy, no ppr. We are debating about going to PPR this year, not sure wether or not i'm for or against it yet.
