Little early for that - not like he's gonna play right away, if at ALL this season.

    +1

I would have waited until he at least saw the field.
Rookie WRs typically aren't fantasy studs, especially if they don't even know the offense.

    Re: Crabtree?!

I know he isn't going to play right away..
But I do know the 49ers are in need of a big time WR..
    Crabtree could be that.
Not to mention that they are an up and coming football team.

Gonzalez has been injured this season so far..
My plan was to hold on to him in hopes that he'd get some strikes from Manning when he got healthy.

Either way, I had that roster spot being used for a potential stud.
I guess we'll see if I was premature by the end of the year.

49ers have been doing alright without him, I doubt they're going to throw their plan in the wind and start feeding him 10 balls a game now.

I think it is fine considering you are dropping Gonzalez who know one really knows how long he will be out for.
I don't like Crabtree, but he is a high risk high reward player.
    Good luck.
If not you can always go after Vick

he's doing ok but I would rather get another indy receiver Collie/Garcon over him since they have payton manning throwing at them
