Given the demand, has any consideration been given towards expanding the league to 5 or 6 divisions?
6 would make more sense from a playoffs point of view (top 2 teams get a bye week) but even with 5 you could either do 3 bye weeks (like the 64 spot for March Madness) or even make a wild card team for the 6th spot.
I'm not sure how you've run the playoffs in the past.

Btw, where can we find out the rules for the league?
Generally the point systems vary a bit league to league.
48 teams is just manageable enough for the playoffs not to take forever AND to avoid playing in Week 17 (which sucks - I lost a league last year because of uncertainty in Week 17).

Rules will be available on the website.
    Yes they vary.
Yes the ones for this league are different.
No I'm not posting them here.
No they aren't open for debate.
If you get in, you can read them there.
WHo r u using for fantasy draft?

So if we are one of the lucky chosen ones will we get an email or what?
Or I assume that there will at least be a new titled thread so that we dont have to constantly check this thread if we have already voiced our interest.

At some point over the weekend, invitations will go out to the new owners.
The invite contains your team name (which will be something exciting like "Franchise 41" - feel free to change it), password and website address.

    Z,

What host does PPO run its fantasy leagues through is it on ESPN.com or Yahoo.com or what?
I am getting ready to reanimate another league that I started last year for a bunch of old high school and college buddies.
We did Yahoo last year, but I have heard people say that they like ESPN's version better.
Just wondered a) which PPO uses, and b) whaty your (or anyone elses) personal experience was.

    Thanks,

It's okay - Webby pays for them to host the league.
