Zygmunt has been in charge of managing the salary cap, coordinating the draft and signing players for the Rams.

Not buying it.
We all know that the HC does all of those things and that the GM is nothing more than a figure head anyways.

1) It belongs in the General NFL
2) It was Jay Zygmunt from the Rams
