Do ex-Vikings Gary Zimmerman and Warren Moon get elected into the Hall of Fame this weekend?? I keep hearing that Gary is a longshot, but Moon is a lock, so they say.My "guesses" to be elected:

1.Troy Aikman
2.Reggie White
3.Derrick Thomas
4.Warren Moon
5.Art Monk
6.L.C. Greenwood

Moon will go in for sure; as an Oiler of course.

Zim is a longshot.

I think that only Troy, Reggie, and Moon will get in this time through.

I cannot wait for Cris to get in. I live 30 minutes from Canton and the Hall of Fame and I will be there for sure! Tickets are very hard to come by, so if anybody wants them when time comes...let me know! We can have a PP.O get together!

Anybody but Irvin and Rayfield Wright...Aikman gets in no matter what I want to see!

Of course Moon goes in as a Oiler, but he was one of my favorite QB's when he played, and hey, the more HOFamers that played in purple, the better!!!! If he gets in, I'll be sporting my Moon Viking jersey !!!!!!

Well, I would would venture to say that it's a little more than just Warren Moon's business.... some possibilities could include the police, the judicial system and the Department of Corrections, not to mention his battered wife (most notably her business when she is actively hurtling down staircases). And one could argue that as Warren Moon was wearing the jersey of the Vikings and representing the team, which in turn represents the state of Minnesota, we as supporters of said team have some semblance of a right to know exactly what kind of people are representing our team and state.

Very well said Odin. Vikesoto what a stupid thing to say honestly. The guy is a wife beater and does not belong, we could also if we really wanted to go into discussion about the beloved Reggie White who is also going into the Hall this year not to mention the druggy Irvin. What type of role model do these players set for the young??? And now the NFL is honoring men of this caliber by placing them in the hall of fame. I for one think the way a player acts off the field shows a great deal of character for who they really are. These players can get away with murder and still most fans dont care as long as they win big games(RAY LEWIS) Its a joke people like you VIKESOTO still stand up for these bumbs. The victims will never have a chance to make the hall of fame or live a normal life ever again thanks to these guys.
