I recently posted on another forum how much I dislike Jon Ritchie from ESPN. It got me thinking..

Who does PPO think are the worst commentators/analysts in pro football?

My top 5.. (In no particular order, cause everytime one says something totally idiotic, another comes along and tops them... therefore my top 5 list changes.)


Jon Ritchie for ESPN,
who the hell is this jackass? I had to look up who the crap he was cause I honestly didn't even know that he even played in the NFL... He sucks.

Jason La Canfora for NFL Network,
Really NFL Network??.. this is who you got to replace Adam Schefter as your information man? He sucks. He has an obvious love for the Packers and Redskins that makes me want to vomit.

Skindorf Dan Dierdorf,
for obvious reasons.. he's an idiot.

Joe Thiesmann,
He is even worse when he's covering the Redskins.

Chris Bermanfor ESPN,
I know this might be an unpopular pick with some people. But he has an obvious dislike for THE VIKINGS. He picked Cleveland to beat us the first game of the year. He is a hater.

Not bad, I didn't know who Jon Richie was so I will take your word for it. I agree about Cris Berman, he has always hated the Vikes. Joe Thiesman I don't mind, he is no Dandy Don Merideth, but not many are.

I think you forgot JOE BUCK! Ever since he went bonkers over Randy Moss' pretend "mooning" at Lameblow I hear his voice and my teeth start to grind.

If Ron Jaworski and Joe Buck commentated a game together. The world would end.

I know there are many Vikings haters, but does anyone know of any analysts that actually favor the Vikes? Besides Cris Carter of course.

Mike Mayock is fair. He seems to like the Vikes a bit.
Steve Marriuci too. He likes the Vikes now too.. probably only cause of Favre though.

Joe Buck probably should have made my list. I'm sorry for letting so many of you down..

Joe Buck is the worst of all time. He puts me to sleep.

Joe Buck has to be my #1 worst commentator of all time. During the play where there was a penalty for running into the kicker, which was utter b.s, he kept saying how the Vikings accepted the penalty and lost 20 yards of field position. Excuse me? How the hell can the Vikings who were penalized accept or decline it? He kept talking about it for like 5 minutes and then finally someone told him what a bonehead he was and corrected himself. How the hell did this man get his own show on HBO!

Joe Buck, bar none. Nuff said.

Joe Buck is the worst. Also, Tony Kornholer and Dennis Miller have to be up near the worst in recent memory.
