Torry Holt raised eyebrows three weeks ago when he talked about reuniting with his brother Terrence  a safety for the Carolina Panthers  when the final two years of his Rams contract were up....

I feel for Holt and Rams fans alike when I read stuff like this.
Aging Vet who is a fan favorite regardless of his current production level. Still wants a decent amount of money/contract worthy of his sevices. Team that wants to go in another direction/get younger at a position.
Fiscal decisions.....
Some would even go so far as to say that the Rams have a responsibility to remain loyal to a player who has basically given his all for the team.
On the other hand, some would say, get rid of his ass for someone who can stay healthy and get me some catches/TD's.
Gonna be interesting to see how this one plays out but I think I can see the writing on the wall here.
Torry's numbers have been pretty decent over the years but he is getting up there in age.
The staff will probably try to low ball him with a contract without alot of gaurantees because of his age.
Torry will want that last final contract.
Another team will be willing to pay top dollar.
Torry finishes out his career with another team.
