Anyone else notice how Plexiglass disappeared and had 0 catches today in a great Giants defeat. I am so glad that we did not sign him because he always disappears in the big games.

I was thinking the same thing. I found this earlier:

    G-MEN POINT FINGERS AT PLAX

On the heels of a 23-0 loss to the Carolina Panters, some Giants players believe that receiver Plaxico Burress quit on the team during the embarrassing shutout in front of the home crowd.

"He was playing half-assed like a big pussy," we heard from one source.

It's not the first time the locker room sentiment was that Burress, a free-agent pickup from the Steelers, shut it down on the field. In a loss to the Redskins a couple of weeks back, the thinking was that both Burress and tight end Jeremy Shockey gave up on the team.

Let's hope Childress and the new boys follow this trend, instead of the old "let's let them back in the game in the 2nd half" and play prvent "D" and "O" ... as it goes, all prevent does in football is "prevent you from winning".
