Definitely roy williams. He was a rookie last year and played with a horrible QB and was hurt part of the year, yet he tore it up. Take a look at what all those other receivers on that list did their rookie years. Roy has the most potential, but unfortunately that potential won't be reached until they give up on harrington.

Sorry, andre johnson wasn't on the original list. He had a good rookie year. I still like roy a little more than him though, but not by much. Remember, we are going by potential, I believe that is what the original post asked.
