Re: Who's going to finish last in the NFL?

I am kind of surprised by all the Bengals hate. I don't really think they will be good ... but the Browns are in BAD shape. Their defense is AWFUL and their offense is just full of question marks.
The Bengals might actually compete for .500 or so if Palmer is actually healthy. Big if, but I think the Browns might be the worst team in football. I also think the AFC South is the hardest one of these to pick.
Also ... seriously a lot of people here putting the Broncos behind Kansas City and Oakland ... I cannot see it. Kansas City will struggle a lot I think, but they do have some tools. Oakland is just a train wreck.
Hell ... any one of those four teams could finish last and any one (other than maybe the Texans quite yet) could finish first.

Re: Who's going to finish last in the NFL?

NFC North: Chicago Bores - Old Defense that can't stay healthy.
R and L Tackle that can't stay healthy
NFC South: Tampa Bay Buccaneers - New HC.
    Alot of new players.
NFC West: They all suck - Pick one.
Cardinals just because they lost the SB.
NFC East: Dallas Cowboys - Romo shows his true colors this year. (Honorable mention - Deadskins)

AFC North: Cincinnati Bengals - Makes me sad to say it.
AFC South: Jacksonville Jaguars - Honorable mention, Titans.
Collins can't reproduce last year and VY again fails as a starter.
AFC West: Kansas City Chiefs - Still to young of a team that is still being rebuilt.
AFC East: Buffalo Bills - TO tears another team apart.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

Are the Lions not in the NFL anymore? I thought this would be a whole thread making fun of how bad the lions suck.

Imagine if Stafford is a bust or takes 2-3 years to develop...

I actually asume he will. And I think the Lions do aswell. Or at least, one year. That's more of a realistic prediction.

I don't know if the Lions are that bad. They made some upgrades. Nothing amazing, but a good TE, an amazing WR, a good RB and most likely an improved Tackle that went to them in the first round last year. QB is still pretty weak at this point, but I think that Culpepper can get something done.

Their LB core has made leaps from last year, their secondary has improved and the only thing that might suck even more than last year is their D-line.

I think they'll manage to get a win or 4-6. Ofcourse, I haven't seen any of their guys play, so it's alot of speculating aswell, but I think they're better than the Raiders or Rams for instance.

They still have Culpepper at QB too, incase Stafford isn't ready to go out-the-gates.

Culpepper may have one good year left in him... lest we not forget, we only won by two points to the Lions last year... due to the Orlovsky safety... and we lost to them in '07...
