I know 1. Agent Hype, 2. attending the same school as a player, and 3. knowing a player attended a college in their state of residence are the main causes for NFL fans to fall in love with certain draft prospects.

But I'm not sure why people fall OUT of love with NFL draft prospects WITHOUT any substantial information that invalidates the consensus opinion of PROFESSIONAL talent scouts and sports writers.

TJ love=Quinn hate. Some people are sold on TJ and don't want anyone coming in and displacing him as heir apparent to the QB crown in Minne.

Not only that - there are boatloads of ND-Haters who will dislike anyone who comes from ND, no matter who they are.

Yeah, I used to live in Fargo and I can see why some people might have ND hate. ;D

But that begs the question: why the love for TJ?
What has he done for THE VIKINGS lately?
Sure, Childress may love him because he sees him in practice every day.
What have TJ lovers seen to make them think he is the franchise QB?

Why the hate?

He was a rookie playing for a dysfunctional team that a super bowl champion vet couldn't win with.

Why the blind love for a guy who is one year behind T-Jack? Tarvaris has a year of Brad Childresses WCO under his belt.
