Re: Who really belongs in the Pro Bowl
I was shocked how early they started the online voting this year!
Pretty sure it counts for a smaller percentage of the total, but still...many of the people receiving votes won't even finish the season, or might finish poorly!
Its kind of a crazy idea (popularity contest) to begin with, but starting that early is extra foolish!
Player and coach votes make more sense...and maybe the sports writer hacks, or not.
But, maybe, more emphasis should be given to actual performance counts, etc...tops in key categories given auto invites?
Most receptions, TDs, INTs, pass defense, total tackles, pancake blocks/least sacks allowed etc...Control the line, control the time, and give your D a chance to shine!!

Re: Who really belongs in the Pro Bowl
I think after the coach/player voting is added in Hutch, Phat Pat, and maybe Birk or K-Will will be added.
Oh and E.J. Henderson deserves it but it might be hard to knock off one of "The Incumbents."
I would love to see Pat Williams and Birk make it and Olin Kreutz get bounced.
