....Asked several times by “First Take†host Jay Crawford on ESPN2 as to where he might be playing next season, Johnson said, "You know what? I want to continue my career wherever I have an opportunity at winning a playoff game and getting to a Super Bowl. That’s where I want to be."..

Re: Where will Chad Johnson play in 2008?
I was watching NFLTA and they had Chad Johnson on the set.
When he was walking through the door to the studio, they put a fathead of him on the door and he said something like "Hey, there's Ocho on the door.
Look at these colours, will Ocho be wearing these next year?"

Mark my words. Ocho will be an Eagle soon.
Thats why they havent signed a WR in free agency and thats why McNabb is not complaining.
The Bengals will sign TJ House and trade Cinco away for a vet(Sheppard?) and a ton of draft picks.
I just have a feeling......

Re: Where will Chad Johnson play in 2008?
TJ Houshmandzadeh apparently is ALSO unhappy...he might be a better option for the Vikings opposite Berrian.
Hmmmm.....BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE

If my wish were to come true... TO and Johnson would make a trip to FL, hope on the shuttle... and make a permanent residency move to another planet... preferably one without a microphone.
I wonder how they can stand to hear themselves talk?

Hmmmm.....
That would be awesome, but doubt it would even be talked about.. I mean, we have Robert Ferguson for Christ sake, why would we need Houshmanzadeh for?

We don't need Housmazadah because we have Taylor and Peterson and we are a run first offense to begin with. Add the fact that we have Berrian who the Vikings feel will excel and turn into a superstar with our running game leaving him with many opportunities down the field. Also Rice has amazing potential. And Wade, Allison, and Ferguson all will do their jobs solid, I believe."VikesfaninWis" wrote:

Just a feeling, but I think Berrian/Rice will be an awesome combo.
I really think after next season a huge topic of discussion will be the fact that we can't run enough plays to include Taylor/Peterson/Berrian/Rice all involved enough. We may have a surplus of talent at the skill positions."There is good and there is evil. And evil must be punished. Even in the face of Armageddon I will not compromise."

Re: Where will Chad Johnson play in 2008?
so your suggesting as long as we have two good recievers to start, we don't need anyone behind them.
Well i've got news for you.
When Rice or Berrian goes down with an injury, who do you turn to?? Wade?
hopefully not.
Hopefully Allison ends up being decent, but if not it would be nice to have a guy like TJ to turn to.
Also, take off those purple specs and think about it for a second.
TJ is better than Rice.
TJ is probably also better than Berrian.
If we were to get TJ, he would be starting with Berrian, with Rice rotating in and out.
If we could get someone like that then we'd have reason to be excited.
