Mark Curnutte, of the Cincinnati Enquirer, reports Cincinnati Bengals WR Chad Johnson believes QB Carson Palmer (knee) will be an even better quarterback this coming season. "He's a lot better than last year, a lot smarter," Johnson said of Palmer. "He's in a comfortable state right now, with the system, the receivers around him. He has learned (WR) Antonio (Chatman) fast, (WR) Bennie Brazell fast."
