What is there to look forward to?
With many of the Packer/Viking player exits (and players like Favre and Javon Walker, who might not return for the Packers next season) -players who were crucial to the Packer/Viking rivalry, at that - will there still be a rivalry?
Will it still be "blood-pouring exciting" to watch these two teams go at it twice this coming season?
Is the hype quickly dying down?
Is this the dawn of a VERY new error for Northern teams?
I for one, am not so crunked about this coming season's packer/viking games.
What fun will it be without Culpepper on the other end getting SACKED for most of the game?
What fun will it be with Longwell MISSING field goals for the opposing team this time around?
What kind of of a heart-attacked can I get from any other quarterback throwing countless INTERCEPTIONS, than FAVRE?
What good will it do to have Keyshawn Johnson (THAT'S RIGHT, I SAID KEYSHAWN JOHNSON) on our team, fussing for the ball 'til he turns peach, if Favre isn't there to put him in his place?
Heck, you vikings' fans are better off brewing up a Vikings/Bears big-time rivalry, while my boys focus on the "little things" in football rivals: Lions.BonoSugaRay IS Betamethasone Dunkin

Re: What is there to look forward to?
It won't even be fun to watch the Cheese lose next year. I mean, if they don't have Walker, and Favre they will just make even bigger excuses when they get their a$$e$ handed to them next year.
That washed up dinosaur better hope he retires, he doesn't have a chance to put up good numbers anymore. All he is doing now, is ruining his so called legacy..

I can't wait to play against Rodgers someday.
The rivalry only gets boring if your side keeps ending up on the losing side.

Re: What is there to look forward to?
There may not be mush for the Packers to look forward to this year, except for another early pick in 2007, but for us Vikings fans there's plenty.
Another sweep of GB, a division title, Rodgers getting T-Bagged, Cheesedicks getting ripped all year -- again! & Madden whinning about Favre's retirement.
Yep, shaping upto look like an exciting year.............
unless of course, you're a Packer fan.
