Re: What’s more important: Coach or QB?

    It is a TEAM.
One cannot succeed without the others.
The coach can't execute on the field and the players need guidance on and off of it.
Looking back on our season, I think it shows a ton of character that our boys didn't start self destructing after that embarrassing GB loss, when we were down in the dumps at 3-6!

Third year in the system is the charm

    Hopefully!
With only a few new additions coming in, and a firm grasp of the schemes by the guys we've got, should really open things up...offensively and defensively!!
Add that year or two of experience for our young talent and I think we will make the playoffs next year!!
    SKOL!!!
Control the line, control the time, and give your D a chance to shine!!

Someone once told me I could sell anything on here once.
I think you would do better than I.

Long story short, I do like the way you think my friend.

This is a ridiculous question and Seifert's justification for his summary is equally weak.
There will always be a flux of QBs as well as coaches that are in different stages of their careers.
Effective leadership both on and off the field is essential if a team is to succeed.
Ahhh I am qualified to answer that one.. Arms...

[Forrest Gump]: Look at that Lieutenant Dan has new legs. Magic legs Lieutenant Dan.

Re: What’s more important: Coach or QB?

I could come in and play QB for the Vikings, and even under Bud Grant or Belifatcheat the team would suck.

I could come in and HC the Patriots next season and they probably wouldn't win many games.

Obviously it takes a competent team to be sucessfull.

Re: What’s more important: Coach or QB?

Okay since I cluttered the thread with off topic humor.. neither is more important than the other, success is dependant on a common vision of what the offense needs to do, both have to speak the same story.

To be serious only after I swim with it on.. other than that the joints are pretty much sealed.. they just can't take being soaked it water for long periods. But the damn thing floats pretty well.
