Re: What City Least Deserves an NFL Team?

Gotta think its gotta be Jax.
I mean they lack any historical significance in the NFL, their fan base is weak, and there is no other professional sports team that resides in Jacksonville.
There are just too many teams in Florida for them to compete with in professional and even collegiate sports.

I think Minnesota will stick around.
I mean we are one of the most historic teams in the league (atleast been around for a while).
We do have passionate fans and Minnesota needs an NFL team.
If any team needs to move, IMO it is Jacksonville.
they are probably one of the least recognizable teams in the league.
I mean if you are listing every team in the NFL, I am pretty sure they are not one of the top 25 that come to mind.

I agree. The Vikings also do not only represent the state of Minnesota, but also other northern mid-western states that do not have a NFL team. I'm talking about Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, and especially North and South Dakota.

They should merge North and South Dakota with Minnesota since they have very similar history, tradition, culture... pretty much everything. It would help the economy and might keep the Vikings where they are.

Throw Iowa into that mix and it would really increase my in-state hunting opportunities ;D

L.A. Because they have had 2 chances to keep a team and lost 'em both. Who says they won't lose whatever team moves there this time.

C'mon dude, if the fans of a team can go through what the Bengals fans had to endure through the 90's (Worst sports franchise over a 10 year period) and still be able to support the team, there is no way you can say we don't deserve a team.
Then again, it must be nice to have all those Super Bowl trophies cluttering up things there huh ??

It's hard not to argue Cleveland when their fans were trying to petition to get the owners to sell the team...

    But I'd still say Jacksonville.

    I go with Mitchell, SD.
Anyplace that has a corn palace should be permanently banned from even remotely viewing anything associated with the NFL.

I second that after living there, LA is so nothing like the phony commercials, Traffic, Ridiculous cost of living, crime, English is not the main language-(Sorry I'm no racist and never have been, just saying the truth) and on and on. See I can't even just agree with someone without going on a rant about how crappy LA is.
Even if the Vikings lose, I can still find happiness in Bears, and Packer losses.
