San Diego lost at Buffalo and Miami.
And now the Chargers have to travel a further few thousand miles to the UK...

So, it's not like 10:00.

Re: Are West Coast NFL Teams At a Disadvantage When They Travel East?
Well it is simple ... when they go West they gain three hours and when they come East they lose three hours. So, yes there is a little difference on the jet lag. I have flown to California a few times and let me tell you ... it is much tough to adjust to losing the three hours.
Everytime I ever came back the flight all of a sudden felt like 7-8 hours instead of 4-5 and it takes you a little bit to adjut ... BUT
These guys are professional athletes paid millions of dollars to know how to deal with fucking jet lag. They normally get out to the city in plenty of time to make sure they are on the right schedule. It is more difficult to go East, but c'mon ... if you are using that argument as to why you are losing, then you were not a good enough team in the first place.

Well what about late games? Like a normal 8 oclock start on the east coast is 11 start on the west coast (thinking about hockey now, I am Canadian, leave me alone).
In the CFL, teams can pick when their home games are. the BC Lions make all of their home games start super late, and I believe they are perfect at home. We're bringing purple back.
