Credit to him for this - nice to see players that appreciate what they have and do something to put back into the community.

I remember when he was coming back for his senior year at FSU.
He was being interviewed and was asked about his financial concerns not declaring for the draft.
He said, "I've been broke for 21 years, I think I can be broke for one more."

    I thought that was awesome.

He's been doing this for years, as a tribute to his mom, who raised him and his siblings as a single mom.

Dunn has always been spectacular within the communities that have been good to him. Just an all around good guy. Nice to see an article on guys like this every now and then.

Often times you see these players doing charity things and it seems as though it is more of a PR move, team mandated, or in many cases court ordered/condition of probation. Dunn is the exception, he goes beyond what is expected and has been for a long time.

Damn, I hate hearing good things about other teams' players...then it's hard to hate them.

That's a helluva nice thing he's doing...his Mom would be very proud of him.

Really? Are you sure about that one? I know he was raising his siblings throughout college and I don't remember ever hearing anything bad about the man.

I lived in the Tampa Bay area throughout his career with the Bucs and saw first hand what he did for the community and single mothers in the area...he's an amazing guy and despite playing for one of my most hated teams, he will be remain one of my favorite NFL players of all time.
