Why not? Oh… right… he's a QB with talent. Not Chilly's type.

Re: Warner Speaking With Mystery NFC Team!!!

I want Kurt Warner to play here in 2009 and 2010 at least. Maybe longer depending on his health.

Its not a long term answer but he is a superbowl winning QB. A three time NFC champion. Two time MVP and recently an MVP candidate. We need to bring in Warner and have Sage and Jackson battle for the primary backup spot.

This is probably the best FA QB since Brees.

Possibly, Grossman is gone… is Orton their man? I think the ownership tends to think so.

Detroit Lions
Who knows… Stafford would have a damn nice guidance counselor.

Minnesota Vikings

Carolina Panthers
I think I could see Delhomme gone soon… but I doubt this is the team.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

They could move forward with Garcia, who is a free agent… but I'm not very familiar with the
situation.

St. Louis Rams
His bold return to the Rams… why not?

San Francisco 49ers
Um… no clue what's going on in San Fran. Never have. Football or otherwise.
Lions lol.
He says he only has about 2 solid years left.
He wont contend for a ring with them in 2 years.

Bucs-
No havent you seen them dumping all their vets.

Rams- I guess, that would be interesting

Niners- I was thinking about that too but im not sure about how their team is right now.

I don't think we have any idea what team Warner could be referring to. We also have no idea what the "talks" were. He could have called the Eagles and then the Eagles said not interested. He just slipped that in there for leverage trying to put pressure on the Cardinals. Why else would he be so vague?

Why would he call the Eagles? Warner wants to win a Super Bowl. He could do that on Arizona but IMO the only other team ready to win a Super Bowl with no QB is the Vikings. With that being said, I don't think he talked to any other teams except the Cardinals. Leverage I agree with.

I guarantee you he was not talking to the Eagles.

It was just an example guys. These "talks" might have been one or two sentences on the phone with a team he has no chance of going to that his agent called.

I don't think so either. I think push comes to shove he stays in Arizona.

And I also don't see our FO actually pursuing a good/great QB.
