Vick wants to play, but what team would risk it?
Quote:
Michael Vick lives in a prison in Kansas, making 12 cents an hour while plotting his return to the NFL. His houses and farms will soon be gone, the two yachts are history, and he’s down to his last couple of Range Rovers.
A race horse he bought for $60,000 died of colic, the Atlanta Falcons are still trying to hit him up for millions they paid him, and the IRS and the state of Georgia want nearly $1 million in back taxes.
In 2006 he made nearly $15 million. Recently he reported total income of $12.89 for an entire month.
That’s $12.89 as in 12 dollars and 89 cents. This from someone who, before things went terribly bad, categorized a $1,000 check to his mother as “chump change.â€Â............

Served his time let him back on the field. He needs to get in bed with PETA to really make this works.

Our team is dumb... But not as dumb as the raiders.

Vick Zone Commerical how cool would this really be.
Re: Vick wants to play, but what team would risk it?
the Lions, Chiefs, 49ers, and us would seem like his best shot at this point.
My wild card pick is Tampa Bay though.
Someone will give him a chance if someone was willing to give Pacman a chance.

If I offend someone, sorry. But really did anyone see the political bs involved in his downfall? Now I'm not condoning what he did in any way and do believe what he did was dispicable, but how can he go to jail for 18months for this and people beating their wives and spitting on random girls at clubs (Larry POS Johnson) get wrist slaps? This was nothing other than a prime example of politics getting involved. Money says that if he was breeding something ugly to fight nothing would have been done. In actuality he got exactly what he deserved. However, if every primetime athelete got what he or she deserved when legal altercations ensued many, many, and many more would be in jail for much longer sentences. Vick made a mistake, granted on top of many, but he's not evil.

I agree with you. To be honest I'm exactly sure what he really did. Sometimes taking a plea bargin and saying you did something that you really didn't do is a better deal than fighting a case you cannot win due to public perception and powerful political organizations with their own agendas. Vick goes to jail while Lenard Little, who killed a PERSON and then got another dui, is still making plays for the Rams. Only in America, Maybe that's why people treat their dogs better than poor people.
