Vick hit with sex suit!

APRIL 5--Claiming that Michael Vick gave her herpes, a Georgia woman is suing the star NFL quarterback for negligence and battery. According to the below lawsuit, Sonya Elliot, a 26-year-old health care worker, was infected with the sexually transmitted disease in April 2003 after an unprotected encounter with Vick at the athlete's Duluth, Georgia home. Elliott alleges that after testing positive for Herpes Simplex 2, she confronted the Atlanta Falcons star, 24, about her condition. "I've got something to tell you. I've got it," Vick admitted to her, according to Elliott's State Court complaint, which alleges that Vick then told her that "he had not known how to tell her about his condition, and that it was not something that he liked to talk about." Elliott's complaint also contends that Vick "apologized profusely" for not telling her he was infected with the STD. Elliot's lawsuit alleges that Vick has used the name "Ron Mexico" and, in a related court filing, her lawyers are seeking Vick's admission that he used the "Mexico" alias--and perhaps other fake names--"for the purpose of herpes testing and/or treatment." In her lawsuit, Elliott states that she met Vick at a Virginia Beach nightclub in May 2001 and, shortly thereafter, began a close personal relationship with the football star (though the couple did not have sex until late-2002). Last December, Vick, the top overall pick in the 2001 National Football League draft, signed a ten-year, $130 million contract with the Falcons, the richest deal in league history.

Hes basically in the simular boat that kobe bryant was in except the media didnt overhype it amazingly.

Dont you notice something here??? THe media clearly has people they like and dislike.

Marvin Harrison and Vick, barely anything on their wrong doings. HOwever when moss or even bryant do something wrong, they should all go to hell and burn is whats reported by the media.

I bet if culpepper did this, everyone would be on him like hungry lions on a zebra. If it were farve or eli manning, ah thats nothing. :evil:

Didn't read the link, but from what is posted he gave some girl herpes. Didn't Bryant Rape someone?

I guess the issue is he knew he had an STD and didn't tell her and that is illegal. I guess also in Georgia it is illegal to have sex before you are married and that has actually been enforced in the past.

So I don't know what she expects to achieve here. Some girl has sex with a stranger and doesn't use protection and ends up with an STD and now she wants cash. Would she sue if it was just some guy? I don't like Vick at all I think he is over rated to say the least but this is a funky case.

And the moral of the story is, "If you know that you are a 'ho, and that you are eventually are gonna contract some type of STD, make sure that the guy is RICH and FAMOUS...that way you get the cash AND you don't ever have to use the "Not tonight, I have a headache" excuse with any guy again!

Can you imagine the jokes in the locker room. People yelling at him for setting down a towel on a bench. He now get's his own toilet stall because no one else will use the same one. His locker now bears the name Mexico. The red jersey in training camp marks him special for no tackling. Who will shower with him?

A Vick denial and release of medical records kills the story(if he is not infected). Silence leads people to wonder and seek the truth. If Vick has Herpes, every Wednesday press conference he will be asked about it. Certainly asked by by the out of town press.

If Vick has herpes and he doesn't resolve this suit quickly he certainly is going to be further embarassed and have fewer endorsements. The plaintiff in the suit can have press conference after press conference and the attorney can say a lot.

Vick will now be looked at as irresponsible and lacking moral character. It reduces pro bowl votes etc.
