Urlacher plays in a scheme where he can excel.
not sure he is a smart player, as much as he is aggressive and fast
He's probably the fastest LB in the NFL, I love how he was the closest player to catching reggie bush in last year's playoffs, despite the DBs lining up deeper.

If Urlacher is "in space", he is very good. He is very good sideline to sideline, and chasing guys down. He is also very good in the sense that he can read - often- what an offense is about to do. I remember a game in which he just jumped into our route and took the INT back the other way. His "read and react" is thus very good.

But Urlacher can get moved out of plays really easily, if you get a body on him. The way to play him is to get a man on him and just prevent him from moving around in space.

Re the Viking not currently on our team, who I would most like to see on our team, I would have to say: Dwight Freeney.

So what you're saying is blocking a linebacker is a good way to take them out of the play? lol :P
