Let's trade for him. Maybe we can send Bollinger and Williamson to the Jets for Pennington and Coles.
Add to that McKinney for Ferguson and I like our offense a whole lot more.

Re: Unhappy Laveranues Coles wants new deal from Jets
i hate to say this but this might actually be our best pickup available at WR
he is a proven vet who does not drop a lot of balls, right now id say i would trade for him over signing any of the other WRs out there.

They will pick up someone in the FA before they make a trade for a WR Besides who do you trade with? The Jets will demand at least a 2nd round pick. I don't see that happening with the empahasis the Vikes have of building through the draft.i hate to say this but this might actually be our best pickup available at WR

I bet it killed Spielman when he had to give up a pick for KH this year.
Truth be told I bet Spielman wouldn't have gave up Mosley and a pick for BB either.
Foley killed us.
Glad that guy is gone. Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

You assign so much pain and frustration to the 3-month (??) tenure of Fran Foley.
As if he had not been here, all of your mock draft dreams would have come true.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

Why would we want the perpetually unhappy Coles?
He wasn't happy with the Jets, they traded him to the Redskins.
Then he wasn't happy with the Redskins, so they traded him back to the Jets, where he's unhappy... :

Although he drafted some talented players (I give Studwell credit for having a good board) he got a few of them pretty damn early and wasted picks doing it.
I know you aren't much for following the draft but during the draft, shortly after and still to this day we are seeing nothing but negative fallout for how that draft was run.

Aside from the "Late Pick" year, I chalk that one up as the worst example of how to run a draft that I've ever seen.
Again, you must like the guy or something as you always stick up for him when I bash him.
;DMany many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

Re: Unhappy Laveranues Coles wants new deal from Jets
Coles just wants to go somewhere that isn't the Jets or the Skins so he's got 30 options to choose from seems to me this guy just needs a change of scenery.
