    LMAO.

    Free agency as we know it started in 1993.
    For the next 8 years, the Lions made the playoffs 5 times.
    Then Millen was hired... and the rest is history.

    Lion's record during Millen's tenure: 31 wins and 81 losses.

    Redskins buy players every year and look where they are. Good teams make it via drafting. This is why the lions suck. LOL Millen. Put that franchise back years
