    We are easily the most improved team this year in the NCFN. We had a chance to take it last year, but we were making rookie mistakes. Even our coaches were rookies, now they have some experience. Now we have had year of the system and everyone should start to put it all together.

    Running back Thomas Jones, the only consistent offensive player the last two seasons, was traded to the New York Jets after letting it be known for some time he wanted a new contract. Defensive end Alex Brown is trying a similar tactic. He has told the Bears repeatedly that he'd like to be traded.
    If most of the team is whining about money maybe they'll just fall apart and go 0-16.
