Training Camp

When does training camp open?
Do the Vikes ever travel to other team's camp for scrimmage?
I'd love to go see them,but it might be difficult for me to get the time off to travel to Mankato.

I am not sure when it begins. But I remember the time I went a long time ago. It was Brad Johnsons rookie season. I had a poster signed by so many players. Such as Brad Johnson, Gary Zimmerman, Chris Doleman, Scott Studwell, even Dennis Green and many more. It was a great time.

Begining of August. They do send out squads to scrimmage. Usaully they do not travel far. The Lions and Bills came here to Cleveland, not far.

It actually begins mid to late july and ends around week 2 of the preseason.It's located in one of the best cities in Minnesota, Mankato.Training camp is at blakesly field. admission is free but you can also purchase merchandise, food,beer,etc.The Kansas city chiefs usually come to town and we also scrimmage with them somewhere in the land of beer, smelly cheese and trailer rats [wisconsin].

They go to River Falls Wisconsin to scrimmage the Chiefs too. River Falls is about 45 minutes East of St. Paul.

I was only trying to offend packers fans.wisconsin is a beautiful state; don't get me wrong it's just that there is a lot of inbreeding going on their. I would think since your a vikings fan

you would know better than to try bed your sister or cousin
