6. Percy Harvin, WR, Minnesota Vikings

Pick: First round/22nd overall
Provided the off-field character issues that caused him to plummet to a spot where his enormous skills say he shouldn't have been available don't resurface, Harvin should make a huge impact.
The former Florida standout is a dynamic playmaker, and he should go a long way toward allowing the Vikings to stretch opposing defenses.

May I add that Percy Harvin is ranked highest among all the receivers. Even one spot ahead of Michael Crabtree.

There is a similar thing on FoxSports.com right now where WhatifSports.com makes their predictions and has him as the fourth most impactful.

I personally think he has a really good shot at being the MOST impactful rookie ... not just number wise, but for how he can spread the defense out ... allowing Adrian Peterson to run wild and Rice/Berrian to see a lot more single coverage.

Awesome! I'm so glad that the Vikings took a chance on this guy. The so-called "experts" are talking about his off-field problems all the time, but I don't think that it will be a problem. To me, he seems like a nice guy.

We need to get him a tippie cup so he can stay hydrated though.

Per touch, he has more talent and can bring more to an NFL team than any other rookie.
I like the sound of that.

Coming from Flordia he should already be well aware of the need to stay hyderated.
Lets just hope this doesn't happen again.
Can't wait to see him play this year.

They should also have a top ten list of overlooked rookies. I am sure that would be an intersting list.
