Do we finally have a Packer fan that has come out of hiding, or just a comedian?
What we've got here is failure to communicate.

I was thinking the same thing.
Packer fan, comedian, or maddenvodkaaddict, or a combination.

I never got to see him play but I have seen highlight films of him and I have to say that Walter Payton was the best. The guy was just flat out amazing with the things he could do. Juke you out, run you over, or beat you with speed. He was a stud.

And Payton was small and not very fast compared to other RB's.
That says a lot for heart!

He was awesome. Most running backs will step out of bounds, when they are about to be hit by a DB or a LB. Not Walter. This cat would plow right into the defender. Same with Earl Campbell. I just remember one game. The Oilers (Earl Campbell's team) and the Chargers were playing. Earl took the ball and ran right up the middle. Broke like 7-8 tackles. Had his jersey ripping apart from his body, because the defenders were just trying to hold on to something! Then just as he crossed the 2o yard line heading towards the goal; he was dragging 4-5 defenders!!

Dang I miss those days. Earl and Walter were awesome!!

    1) Eric Dickerson
    2) O.J Simpson ( Based on his football and not personal life.)
    3) Tony Dorsett
    4) Bo Jackson (Short career but would have been the best ever if he had been healthy and forgot baseball)
    5) Walter ( Not Eddie) Payton
    6) Earl Campbell
    7) Emmitt Smith
    8) Terrell Davis ( Another short career but damn)
    9) Barry Sanders
    10) Jim Thorpe
