    Tony Dungy Stepping Down!

Tony Dungy is stepping down as head coach of the Colts -- at least that's what he's telling those inside the team headquarters, sources told FOXSports.com.
Lets try and get him! I am joking!

    Good for him.

Tony is a classy guy and I am sure he is eager to spend more time with his family and charities.

    Good for Tony.
A much deserved rest for a very astute football mind.
As a football fan, and fan of Tony, I hope we haven't seen the last of this man standing on the sideline making this game better.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

    What can one say?
Tony is and always has been, a Class Act and great guy.
I wish him the best, no matter what direction he choses to go in.
I have great memories of TD and his Vikings D, when he was with us.
I wish he never left to begin with....

    No.
The Colts have had an appointed successor for Dungy for some time now - Jim Caldwell.

Wow...his Wikipedia page is already updated.

INDIANAPOLIS - Tony Dungy always considered football just a career path.

    Not his life's mission.....

One of the NFL's greatest ambassadors retired after nearly 30 years of service as a player, assistant and head coach.

But those closest to Tony Dungy know his retirement Monday as the Indianapolis Colts' coach isn't the final chapter in a remarkable story that started in 1973 at the University of Minnesota....
