Just thought I might as well start the rumour mill going since I just noticed that the Falcons cut former Viking (for what all of one game?) G - Toniu Fonoti.

Anyone want the giant Samoan back in purple.
I would guess probably not, but I remember how excited I was when we signed him the first time.
He seemed like such a beast, but he turned out to be such a bust instead.

I agree. He can't keep the weight off. He's had two chances to do it already or not make the team & he's failed.

Being overweight, injury prone, and having a poor work ethic is a bad combination.
It's too bad; this guy was an All-Pro for the Chargers a few years ago.

yea.. i remember seeing him in a few games..

they talked him up really big.. but we never saw any production in the game.. just a pony tail sticking out of his helmet that i wanted to see get tugged on really bad
