I just don't hold out hope for Vick, Dunn, TO, Roy Williams, Favre, LT, and McNabb will all be injured.

Like most fans I will take a win anyway we can get it.
I think to win the first one would be a real confidence builder.
Vegas has us as a 1 point favorite over the Falcons right now.

Yeah it does not really matter I am sure we will face other teams with key players out and I am sure that teams will face us with a key player out as well. Its football injuries happen.

This will affect Dunn's preparation and all, but he should be back for the opener. Besides, Norwood is well on his way to more carries anyways. With Vick out though ... every defense that faces them will have more linebacker help because they don't have to contain Harrington's legs ... I like our chances in this opener and the first four weeks of the year ... then we will see if our team has picked up confidence to compete for the long haul.

Back surgery is a tricky thing.
The 6 weeks recovery is probably the optimistic prediction.

lets shut up. because you know 1 star on both sides allways gets injured in training camp. we never had a roster that ha all the projected starters. so lets not jinx outselves
