Thigpen has chance to start In KC

    http://www.nfl.com/news/story;jsessionid=7BC459869AF2663E22317A919AC26FD2? id=09000d5d8083036d&template=with-video&confirm=true

Former Coastal Carolina quarterback Tyler Thigpen, Minnesota's seventh-round pick in 2007, has impressed Kansas City enough to make the Chiefs think he could challenge for, and even win, the team's starting job.

Well that would completly suck if he was able to have a breakout season.

I wish him luck, however, even if he does win the job, KC fans will be in for a rocky road as he will be learning under center much like TJ has done for us.

    Thanks for the read GG.

With the Chiefs using zero of their 12 draft picks on quarterbacks, many presumed that Brodie Croyle would continue as the starter, at least for 2008.

    Enter Tyler Thigpen.

It would be pretty impressive if he were able to start already.
If he does quite a bit better than TJ did last year, the purple masses will be in an uproar.
Rock out with your cock out!!!

sure, as long as he doesn't end up on IR like he did last year.
:P this talks more to how shitty Croyle is if there is any weight to this story.

It's obviously a re-building year for the Chiefs, so why not do so with a new QB.
I wish him the best of luck.........if he and Booty or Jackson do well from here out it says alot about Childress and his ability to find talent at the QB position.
Or perhaps his ability to lose talent at the QB position. :-

Not so much the Chiller, but Studwell and his scouts.
