Re: Texans work on deal for Bennett
Who cares that Bennett has speed we never got to see too much of it here because of injuries and lack of tackle breaking ability (poor field vision) so what makes Houston think he can do any better there because they have a far worse OL than we had here.

Carr, Johnson, Moulds, DavisEh whatever I'm not gonna bash this guy, he gave his all. He had and has potential, but it seems like he might be injury prone his whole career. If he ever gets back to the level he was when he went over 1,200 yards,(correct me if im wrong)he could be a stud in the league. However I beleive he HAS to have a supreme line and or system to really truly excell. I think he'd be a GREAT fit in Indy. He could really bloom there. New Opportunity for him to become a number 1 back.Anyways good luck man, even tho I did waste 80 dollars on your jersey!
If Kubiak brings the blocking scheme that Denver uses, I could see Bennett doing well. But, i do see Davis getting the nod and Bennett being the backup.
New Coach, the job is probably open for competition.

Good Job Texans. Don't take the best RB this year in the draft so........ take an injury prone, low productive one. The scale tips which way?

Bennett was a great runner....terrible running back,no vision (as was mentioned)no moves ...I got so tired of watching him run up our linemans back for a loss. The moves and vision are either there or they are not..that stuff can't be coached.

Give me a 4.6 40 RB with great vision over a 4.4 burner that can't find a hole to save his life ANY DAY!!!BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE

Re: Texans work on deal for Bennett
It was sickening, all I say him do was run up the middle every time. That's the path to nowhere.
