I disagree...at least with the first part.

Year Team G GS Rec Yds Avg Lg TD 20+ 40+ 1st
    2006 Dallas Cowboys 16 15 85 1180 13.9 56 13 18 4 62

62 of 85 catches (73%) went for first downs.
That's frigging huge - even bigger, IMHO, than the 13 TDs.

FYI - here are the Vikings first-down percentages in 2006 for their top pass-catchers, by comparison:
    T. Taylor - 29 of 57 (51%)
    Memo - 15 of 46 (33%)
    Williamson - 22 of 37 (59%)
    Wiggins - 19 of 46 (41%)
    Robinson - 20 of 29 (69%)
    McMullen - 14 of 23 (61%)
    Chester - 16 of 42 (38%)

Now, before someone trots out the stat about him leading the league in dropped passes last year, I want to counter that with the rebuttal that TO gets a lot of balls thrown at him in tough coverages AND point out the crap that was the Cowboys QBs during the first 4-5 weeks and the last 3-4 weeks.

Add in that TO is another devastating downfield blocker and you have one helluva football player.

He's a complete jackass, personality-wise, but he did have a really good year in 2006.

    =Z=

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

Sorry Zues I saw him play 3 times last year and he doesn't look like the same player he was 3 years ago, and he dropped some pretty wide open passes.
I don't think he is worth the hassle at any price and no matter what his production is.
What we've got here is failure to communicate.
