Well, they should...they had much higher picks than us! But we would have still outshone them if not for the trade with the Steelers to move up to draft Tavaris...we are most likely gonna regret that move for years to come. We could have had him at our regular spot and still got another player...we basically gave away the pick we got for Burleson.

    DUMB MOVE BY THE VIKINGS!!!
I feel like everything we did today was a bunch of horse sh**. Greenway is ok, but....whatever. At least Favre still has no recievers.

I don't know much about the players we selected, so I'm going to take a wait and see approach.

I know Javon Walker is coming off a serious knee injury, but I'm SHOCKED  that the Packers didn't get more for him.

On paper, I am not impressed but we will have to wait and see how they develop.

I like our first two picks, but I am not sure about the last two picks.

    Cook and Jackson.

Just because they have higher picks doesnt mean they SHOULD have a better draft than us. And mostly im not talking about the 1st rounders which were solid for both teams. But 2nd and 3rd we looked clueless and the packers got some good players. What im saying is even though they picked higher they got good players for where they were picking and we reached and made a bad trade. Now in the end it could be either team that had a better draft and we will have to wait and see how they play. But so far i like their draft better.

And they got Abdul Hodge in the 3rd round which was a great pickup.
That's the one which bothers me. I wanted Hodge real bad in the 2nd round.

However, I still believe in EJ in the middle. It took him a couple of years to develop at Maryland and then he was a monster. I envision the same thing happening here.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

    1 5 Hawk, A.J. OLB 6-1 247 Ohio State
    2 47 Colledge, Daryn OT 6-4 298 Boise State
    2 52 Jennings, Greg WR 5-11 196 Western Michigan
    3 67 Hodge, Abdul ILB 6-0 235 Iowa
    3 75 Spitz, Jason C 6-3 304 Louisville
    4 104 Rodgers, Cory WR 6-0 187 Texas Christian
    4 115 Blackmon, Will WR 6-0 199 Boston College
    5 148
    5 165
    6 183
    6 185
    7 253

They still have a ton of picks left, and we have one more pick, that is it.

There are not a ton of big names on here, but they are going to have a plethera of players to choose from.

Packers have owned everyone in the NFCN. They will rock our socks next year because our stupid Triangle of Authority can't draft.

    Thanks for the Sig LitlHarsh

I think Hawk will be thrown into the fire ASAP. He will have to earn and learn.
