Look up bench press weights.. It might help a little
Boston may be strong but players also have to be flexable and not just muscle mass to be a good player in the league and to stary injury free.
I remember watching John Randle and Warren Sapp duke it out almost every year in the lineman competition to see who was the strongest DT. It always came down to those two guys. Obviously they're not anymore....but I thought I'd share.
I thought Johnathan Ogden was a LT ?
Not that i am completely disagreeing with the list but it seems as if it isnt strength, but size, are williams and washington the strongest or just the biggest?
