Now that the Packers are 3-0, tickets for their games are in high demand. But the possibility of Brett Favre setting a new NFL record on Sunday is turning the game at the Metrodome into a must-see event........

Tickets are definitely drying up. Prices have jumped from like $75 to get into the door up to $125 to get in the door
That's just for the cheap seats. I've been after Vikings tickets all offseason/season long & they took a huge jump Sunday night. All seats are going ridiculously high.
I saw 4 tickets ($268 face) go for nearly $1,000.

I have my ticket.
And I'm excited that we're going to witness history as Brett Favre breaks George Blanda's all-time interception record!

LOL! That's what I'm hoping.
I'm not one to wish injury on anyone, but I'd like to see Favre knocked out for the season while in the redzone, just before he's threatening to put up #421.
Then there would be no controversy about his retirement after this year.

3-0 record, chance that Favre will break TD record hikes prices

The Packers are playing in Minneapolis on Sunday, but the Metrodome may look like a sea of green and gold as Green Bay fans buy up available tickets for a divisional matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.....
Re: Strong Demand for Packers-Vikings Tickets
I hope the Pack fans pay through the nose for the tickets that they get.. only to see the crap kicked out of their sorry-ass team and glory seeking QB.... that would suit me just fine.
;D ;D

Neither do I, but I have no problem sitting there and smile when I hear the snap of his leg.

Re: Strong Demand for Packers-Vikings Tickets
Thank god we god tickets months ago.. On another point, Brett will more than likely break the record. How many of you will boo him when he does? I know there are a bunch of people who are huge supporters of cheering Favre despite being Vikings fans but wouldn't it just be awesome to have him be boo'ed after breaking the all time TD record? I mean, that tape is going to be on highlight reels for years with the media's infatuation with Favre. I think with my hatred of Favre already high, it's gonna be tough not to boo him at the dome.
That being said I really hope he doesn't break it in our house. It's just our luck as vikings fans that he will though.

I don't plan on booing him, because he isn't going to do it at the dome. ;D
Maybe the INT record...
Re: Strong Demand for Packers-Vikings Tickets
On a more positive note, how close is he to the INT record??
