    Give Peterson more carries.

Bring in some right side OL talent.

    Throw to Rice more.

    Use Williamson deep.

    Use Wade underneath.

Tell TJack if no one is open to just bolt or throw it away.

Get the defense off the field for more than 4 plays at a time.

With the talent we have in place, it shouldn't be that hard to coach. The steeler approach will work just fine... and we have more talent at the "skill" positions than they did in 05.
    They had Big Ben.
    We have Tarvaris Jackson.
    Edge Steelers.
They had Hines Ward, and Randel El.
    We have Wade and Williamson.
    Edge Steelers.
They had the Bus, and Willie Parker.
We have Chet Taylor and Adrian Peterson.
    Even.
    They had Bill Cowher.
    We have Brad Childress.
    Huge edge Steelers.
You really don't believe we have better skill position players than they did do you?

We need to adapt the system to the talent.
Bud Grant and Jerry Burns did that perfectly when we got Chuck Foreman.

We don't have a "BUS" yet.
I think we need one, coupled with AP's running style . . . CT will then become meaningless to this team (which I think he pretty much is right now as long as AP stays healthy).

That's when we become a terrifying running team . . . and then the passing game will open up better.
That's the main reason Big Ben was able to be successful very early on.
A solid defense, and terrific running game.
He didn't have to win games through the air.
