And hereâ€™s the kicker.
Miklasz says there will be no requirement that the buyer intends to keep the team in St. Louis.

The problem is that no local buyer has emerged in the 16 months since Georgia Frontiere died and ownership passed to her children.
Miklasz writes that Chip Rosenbloom is discourged by this fact.

This could be really good news for the Vikings

I was sad when they moved from LA, mainly because I hate when franchises pick up and leave, but that city just doesn't support their sports teams. St. Louis is where I believe they should stay..but they GOTTA get rid of the gold and go back to the yellow in the uni's. They look ridiculous gold and blue.
