I think Simeon is a little pissed at Gruden...definitely holding a grudge, and sounds like he's got reason to.

Gruden sucks.

Gruden wins a Super Bowl with Dungy's team...that is all he has done.

Hard to say he doesn't have a good reason for being pissed.
