Redskins | E. Johnson can't finish practice

Jason LaCanfora, of the Washington Post, reports P Eddie Johnson was released after he could not complete his first practice with the Washington Redskins Tuesday, Aug. 29. Johnson said his leg felt tired after kicking so much. Johnson beat out free agent P Toby Gowin (Jaguars) in the morning workout at Redskins Park, league sources said, but the team could opt to bring Gowin back. Agent Ken Harris said Johnson kicked off and punted well in the morning. Johnson left with a large ice pack around his upper leg. "I understand 100 percent," Harris said. "I have so much respect for (special teams coach) Danny Smith and his decision."
Man how much did the mess with this guys head. Was't ghe supposed to be a stud punter and teh Tice and Co messed his head up.

::) Just because the guy can't make it in the NFL as a punter after being touted as a stud, doesn't mean that Tice's somehow messed up his head & it's Tice's fault.
Just how did you arrive at that conclusion?
Do you think O'Sullivan being a bad QB is Tice's fault also?

Tice went on the radio (in a post-game interview, or maybe even on Fan-Line on KFAN) after Johnson had a terrible game, and totally ripped him a new one.

I would say Tice & Co. potentially messed up many weak-minded NFL stars by putting a poorly coached team on the field every week and destroying their confidence (it's fun to blame him anyway).
