    Ron Mexico worse than BJ

Mora, Vick not concerned about red-zone problems
    Associated Press
    13 October 2006

...Not surprisingly, Atlanta ranks last in the league with a red-zone touchdown rate of 17.6 percent...
    .

I thought our production was lower, I'm too lazy to figure it out and will take their word on it.
Mora has been a Ron Mexico apologist for years.

We are 2 for 10. So for those Madden children that is 20%

Vick is having a typical Vick year.

    Redzone stats through 4 games

    8 completions
    19 attempts
    42% completion ratio

    33 yards passing
    2 TD's
    1 INT

    Passing stats through 4 games:

    45 completions
    90 attempts 50% completion
    69.8 passer rating

    522 yards passing

    3 TD's
    2 INT's

    Rushing stats through 4 games

    38 rushes
    333 yards (good average)
    1 TD
    1 fumble

    Projected stats for the year

    180 completions
    360 attempts
    2,088 passing yards
    12 TD's
    8 INT's

    Projected Rushing stats

    152 rushes
    1322 rushing yards
    4 TD's
    4 Fumbles

This backs up what I have said about Vick he would have been one of the best runners or wide receivers ever to play the game, but he is a below average quarterback!
All the people that were posting threads during the off season about Vicks break out season and how he is a great QB, where are you now?

    Where is V4L?
Doesn't he have some guarante below his stats about Vick's breakout year?
Or did somebody else quote him in their sig?
    Can't remember.

vick is better, he makes the D draw up a game plan to stop him unlike any other QB. This is a stretch for someone to think johnson is better.
Oh his pass percentage is better, wow! great!
Whats the total yards between the two?
Stop making johnson look like he is a top 20 QB because he is not.
    You republican whore!

You know what is great Whack. Vick supporters only really have one thing they like to hang their hat on and that is his win % Brad has a solid win % too even more so with the Vikings.

I agree with you Wack Vick is not a good qb. A great athlete, not my slice of heaven at QB.

More on topic, stop accusing people of trying to make him look like a top QB in the league.
I have yet to see even one post that says that.
If there is one, from any member on the board, lead me to it.
Every time someone trys to have a rational discussion about the QB situation you, or one of the other BJ haters, jumps in and accuses people of being a BJ lover (the QB that is).

Just in case you didn't catch it, the title is referring to an article about red zone production.
BJ's stats are better, like it or not.
Just like any statistic, you can pick and choose.
Either way, neither BJ nor Ron Mexico would be in my top tier QB list.

What blows me away with your BJ related posts is that your hatred toward him takes away from your post.
On some topics you rationally develop your ideas and on BJ posts your hatred clouds your judgement.

If you think that Defensive Coordinators worry more about Vick than Peyton Manning, Tom Brady or Carson Palmer, you're delusional.
    Seek help.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

I just put Vicks stats up, I did not compare them to Brad at all!

So here are some more stats for Vick, and like I said he is having an average Vick year.

    2005 stats

    passing
    214 completions 387 attempts
    55.3% completion rate
    73.1 QB Rating

    2,412 passing yards 15 TD's
    13 INTS

    rushing

    597 rushing yards
    6 TD's
    11 fumbles

    2004 stats

    passing

    181 completions
    321 attempts
    56.4% completion rate
    78.1 passer rating

    2,313 passing yards
    14 TD's
    12 INT's

    rushing

    902 yards rushing
    3 TD's

    16 fumbles

He is a reckless player that gets hurt a lot he is not a good QB and not a good passer and the his stats reflect it and prove it.

He is more hype than substance and if people haven't realized that by know they never will.

I'm seriously shocked to find out that another team is worse than us in the redzone. I mean Childress seems to do an ok job as the coach, but how come every opening drive we have had this year we go all the way to inside the 20 and kick a f%cking FG. I mean run play action you retard. If that doesn't work, try hitting wiggy for a change of pace. I mean this run first mentallity only works if you are crafty with it inside the redzone.
