Good Point - I was just thinking back to earlier reports that he was down 30-40 lbs. Either they were wrong or he's bulking up pretty quick. He does still have the benifit of a four week vacation to start the season - maybe the gym?

He needs to bulk up, and with a 4 game suspension he'll have the weight room and more importantly, work hard to regain his teams respect. Tall
order? Maybe, I hope not. Don't like the fish so much, but Ricky's burnt
orange days were awsome...... He will split time with R. Brown, which
a guy like Ricky need alot of carries to get rollin'. Not gonna get em right
away. First thing is to regain the trust of his team.

Re: Ricky Williams Takes it to the House

This guy is a pure running back. A few pounds are not going to slow him down that much. Neither is a year out of football. Like I said earlier, unless Ronnie Brown lights the world on fire in his first four games, I expect to see Ricky starting again. I could be wrong, but I think he still can be one of the top RB's in the game. Brown was a stud at Auburn, but Ricky is a proven NFL star. We will have to wait and see what Brown does when he gets in there, but I am never sold on rookies until they prove themselves. There are just too many top rated college players that end up being busts in the NFL.
