Thread: Richard Marshall tendered 2nd round level

The Panthers chose Marshall in the second round of the 2006 draft, and he played well last year in his first season as a full-time starter, tying for the team lead with four interceptions and second on the team with 81 tackles.

I don't know that we would throw the amounts of money or a poison pill to sign him and that was his only year as a starter but he is an option.

I'd rather give a 2nd and 4th for Cromartie. NOt sur ewhat they're asking though.

Although it was his first year starting, he has racked up some nice averages with 80+ tackles a year and over 8 passes defensed per year! He fits the mold our FO likes, being young with experience And room to grow/improve. And, whats the chance there is anything better to be had in the 2nd round!?

Of course, I'm also of the opinion that someone is thinking the same about Ray Edwards...?

But, AC sound like a turd. 7 childrens from 6 women many of whom are sueing for back child support = Not Good. No wonder he's distracted on field!
