With most major free-agent deals inked, the NFL draft in the can, and with all 32 seats filled (we’ll assume Lane Kiffin is still head coach on Opening Day in Oakland), RealFootball365.com today releases the first head coach power rankings of the season....

Re: RF365’s head coach power rankings

He put McCarthy 1 spot up... WHY?!

Well most of the coaches he didn't put alot of thought in like Vikings and Texans.. but what do you look at when you rank a coach?? what are the criteria? The offseason is handles by a whole organisation and not the Head coach so i don't see why he needed to make this article

    Interesting article ,singersp.

"The positions are based on each coach’s recent performance, draft doings, reputation and player rapport."
Imho ,Romeo Crennel should be higher than 17 ,He did an above average job last season and is gaining good reputation

    John Gruden is way over-rated in 8 .....Shouldn´t be a top 10.

So this is a ranking of the coaches and not the FO? So far the buzz about the team is about the roster moves by the FO ( Chilly doesn't make those calls). The part where he comes in will become evident starting with the Packers game on opening day ;D

Re: RF365’s head coach power rankings

not a bad list. looks like he just rated by team talent, in some cases, instead of by coaching skills. a good coach does a lot with not very much
