    Red Jersey Question



    OK, we all know that when a QB wears the red jersey in practice, he is off limits to hits.
    So what do teams with red jerseys do?
    Like the Cards, or the Chiefs?

    A coworker asked me this questions, and I had no answer for him.

    My original though too, although it would be a little confusing for some of the players if the entire defense and the QB had red jerseys on.
    The point of it being red is so they stick out.

    they probably wear the red helmet cover thing too so there is no confusion.. hell maybe they use green or in kc yellow thanks marr

    Just like the picture shows, for teams where red or white is confusing the QB usually gets the yellow or green jersey.
    I haven't seen as much of the helmet covering anymore, not in the NFL at least but I'm sure someone will now find a pic of one.
